For Enel, a custom solution was developed based on a microservices architecture using Java and Spring Boot for the backend, and Angular for a dedicated frontend. This platform enables the integration and management of data from the Talkwalker platform, providing advanced tools to monitor and analyze user engagement on websites and platforms discussing the Enel brand.
The solution is fully integrated with Enel’s Data Lake, allowing for the massive management of large volumes of data in real-time. Thanks to this and the integration of dedicated artificial intelligence engines, the platform offers the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information related to conversations, articles, opinions, and sentiment about the brand, providing a complete and detailed view of online interaction.
In addition to data management, we developed a proprietary Business Intelligence tool that enables Enel’s management to access real-time dashboards and reporting. This advanced tool allows for in-depth data analysis, supporting strategic decisions through constant monitoring and a detailed understanding of user opinions and sentiments.
The entire platform was custom-designed using responsive web technologies, ensuring a smooth, scalable, and high-performance experience. This solution not only enhances Enel’s ability to manage and analyze data, but also serves as a fundamental tool for monitoring brand sentiment and developing data-driven strategies.
